Ω-Committee will meet and disseminate all the necessary information concerning the conclave and the “Set Owt”
Ω-Each line will have a contact person to collect the money
Ω-If you know of any other lines that would like to contribute please appoint one brother from that line who will be responsible for sending the money in from your respective line
Ω-There will be a spreadsheet that tracks what lines have donated and the amounts once a week.
Ω-Any funds not used for the Centennial would then be used for the chapter retreat, homecoming, reunion, the Mu Psi scholarship fund or whatever is voted upon.
